Customer agreement
Terms for wholesale accounts buying Bagged Oak from the load zone. October 2026.

1. Parties
This agreement is between Stackyard and a wholesale account, a business that resells Bagged Oak. It covers 1 cubic foot bags only. It does not cover Stacked Oak. The person named on the order is authorized to bind the business.
2. Product
Red and white oak, cut 16–18 inches. Each bag contains a mix of red and white oak. Length and color may vary within that range.
3. Logo bags
An order of 1,000 bags includes the business logo on the bag color the business chooses. Send the logo and the color to @josephscottelli on X. There is no smaller cap on the order.
4. Price
$7 per bag. The price does not change with distance. The minimum order is 20 bags, and an order runs up to 1,000. If the bags go to more than one address, mileage is the route from the load zone through each stop and back. A difficult drop — a long carry, a blocked drive, or an extra trip — adds $25.
5. Delivery
Deliveries run Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The truck leaves the load zone, delivers to the address on the order, and returns. Mileage is that round trip. A local run, under 15 miles, may share a window. An area run, 15 to 25 miles, fills the window. An extended run, over 25 miles, uses the truck for the full day. The business will have someone available to receive the bags.
6. Payment
Payment is due on delivery unless the order is already marked paid. Cash is only in central Arkansas, and only when the owner runs the delivery. An affiliate never takes cash. App pay is X Money to @josephscottelli, Venmo to @josephselliott, Cash App to $skillett77, or PayPal to @JosephSElliott. Cards are not accepted. Questions and changes go to Stackyard at @josephscottelli on X. If payment is due and is not received, Stackyard may retain the bags.
7. Changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Message @josephscottelli on X. A missed delivery is discounted if the customer was not told before the window. After the truck is loaded, the delivery will be completed.
8. Acceptance
Selecting the agreement box means the business accepts these terms for that delivery. The name entered is the person authorized to accept.
